Project Description:
This scene is of a destroyed village and bridge after a battle during World War II.
Art Inspiration: Inspired by the end scene of the 1998 Steven Spielburg film "Saving Private Ryan."
My Objectives:

To team up with a partner and re-create the environment from a movie scene in the Unreal Tournament 3 Engine.

Unique Props: The stone bridge, the blown-out gray hotel building, the red building (next to hotel), 5 modular rubble piles, tank blockades, barb-wire fences, bricks, stool, wood planks, ammo box, WWII helmet.
Project Duration: 2.5 weeks
Program Used: 3D Studio Max 2009, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Unreal Editor 3
Art Team/Credits: Bright Akyempon modeled and textured all of the buildings and structures that are placed on the right side of the scene, while I modeled and textured the ones on the left side and in the foreground, and then I placed everything in the Unreal Editor. We both created everything in this scene except for the skydome, which was from Unreal.
